has anyone had experience with using silicone brake fluid in older systems ? have completely flushed or replaced all components but seem to have trouble bleeding system.never had a problem with conventional fluid ie. dot3 or dot4. could be rubber components are not compatible with silicone base.i don't know.any ideas?

LASH69, I've only ever used DOT5 in a m/bike for track days
as your pushing the bike HARD and it takes a lot to get it to
boil over.If you was using a lower DOT driving very hard the
fluid will boil over and you would get brake fade by putting
air bubbles in system,but i've never used DOT5 on normal
daily use.Hope this helps
