Rotorstock 07 is being held at Santa Pod this year. 11th and 12th Aug

This is an excellent Jap car show, with loads happening.

For those of you who don't know about Rotorstock it is a purely Jap show & a mix Drag racing (pro & amateurs), Drift competitions, Show & shine and all the usual stands where you can drool over cars (& for the boys - scantily clad promo girls ) buy parts and loads of other bit & bobs.

We have a Clubstand (hardstanding not grass) for the Sunday & it looks like the weather will be excellent too

I have booked the stand for the Sunday, and so we are on pit side, which is concrete/tarmac

Couldn't guarantee not being on the grass if we had both days

Good news (for me anyway) i have got the sunday off so i can now attend this meet.


Also, for those who attended japshow, you can use your tickets for this event to get in at the reduced price, you just need to show your ticket at the gate and exchange it there.


I have booked a large stand for this meet as we have decided to invite our friends over on TOC to join us, so hopefully we will have a well presented stand.

John if we buy the advanced tickets can we still use our old stubs and get the discount or do we have to buy the tickets on the day?

You can use them against advance tickets, but you will have to send in your stub, to santa pod, to get it at the reduced price,
alternatively you can just turn up on the day, hand in your stub and get in at the reduced price.

hmm i may come to this on the sunday...as ill be passing the pod on my way back from Eurodrift at Norfolk arena

Sam and Shaun are coming to Rotorstock, and bringing a couple of very nice ladies

We are going up on Saturday, I think most people are coming 'down country' apart from Dave, John & Jason so maybe worth giving them a yell

The gates normally open at 8.00, i dont know where we will be this time, i did request the same spot as japshow, but couldnt be guarenteed.

I will be heading northbound on the M11 then A14. If anyone else is heading that way, give me a yell.

Not so good news for me as i have to be back very early afternoon so unfortunatly i will not be attending this meet, hope this will not cause you a problem as you gave me a pass to park on the stand. disapointing for me as it will only be my second meet and i was hopping to see a few modded is250`s and to have a chin wag to get some ideas, i will keep my eyes open for info on the next meet and hope all you guys have a great day.

Hello all i'm really sorry didnt make it up today had some problems at home to sort out which had to be solved.

Some VERY fast cars there today. 3 cars put in under 9 secs on 1/4 mile. Was some very impressive stuff indeed.

Also saw Yemgi putting in a lot of runs. Car's sounding great mate and some very respectable times for the supercharger

The day seemed a little subdued due to it not being as busy as the Jap Show. But it was nice to actually drive my own car to a meet for once

What times did Guillame do ?

fastest run was 15.8295 at 88.87mph
I did the runs with the 19" wheels as I did not plan to do it but with the few number of drivers, I tried and I had much fun
