I have gone on to Virgin Media from AOL.
When I click on to LOC I have to "sign in" every time. When I click on a topic it goes out of LOC and tells me webpage not available.
It tells me to check internet connection(which is fine) or more information to go to TOOLS and check settings for TLS ?
It's driving me nuts.
Any help greatly appreciated.

You could try clearing out your cookie stash, or give an alternate browser a go to see if that clears the problem,
like Firefox, Opera or apples safari.

Delete the Temporary Internet Files, then the cookies..
If not , I'd suggest alternate browser as above
