Hi does anyone know if the silver "ball" style gear knob that comes on the IS300 sport cross would fit on my IS200 auto?

If so, is there anywhere I could order one online? Or would it be through a Lexus dealer only?

Thanks,

J.

Hi there it should fit, any local lexus dealership should be able to help you out, or try ebay? or possibly Prolex

Cheers for that - I'll give Oxford Lexus a ring when I get back to the UK this weekend - does anyone have any experience of them?

I'm surprised. I have an IS200 auto executive model (Same as SE) and it came standard with the silver ball knob on the gear stick.

Yeah mine is an SE and mine has the silver ball i thought all Lexus had them after seeing pictures.

Mine's a 2001 SE Auto and had a yukky leather item as standard,
so changed mine to this Richbrook Touring Item

Heya Wozza,

Was that a direct screw-on replacement or is it one of those Allen-key jobbies?!
DJ Wozza
3 Allen keys Grub-Screw thingys, so it fits the circular gearshaft fine.
You can see where the bottom unscrews from the join
Allen keys behind.

I've got an IS200 auto S and that has the silver one.

Thanks for the advice - I think I'll stick with the OEM silver "ball" part - does anyone on here have access to part numbers on here?

I'm not sure, but Chris.S might be able to help?
