ive today received the dredded notice of intended,problem is i was still at work with the car in the secure car park and i had the only set of keys.what can i do.

If your car was in a secure car park, then surely they would also have CCTV, if so get a copy of the tape , as this would have a date and time stamp.
Also get witness statements from your work colleagues to prove that you were at work at the time of the offence.

Ask the police the make of vehicle if it not in the NIP.

It looks like your Number plate has been cloned

If you know you werent driving and can prove it then you shouldnt have a problem mate

same happened to a mate of mine but the car was in france at the time..... he phoned them and explained and they said to take photos of the car from all sides and they would deal with it.

I had a parking ticket in Machester with the number plate issue,
I coud prove I was 300 miles away with my car at the time of the offence
so they dropped it.

Good luck matey,
if you have AA or RAC they have a legal dept for advice/representation etc.
