Battery
Last two morning i am having a poor start with my car - but once i have drive it too work approx 40 min drive the car is fine for the rest of the day!
The car has started first time each morning but taking a while to start up
Spark plugs where replace 10k ago

Have you got the original battery from Lexus? If so they are a little bit weedy - in my old IS I had battery problems and swapped it out for a calcium jobby from Halfords (approx £75) - which was MUCH better and is a small cost to pay for peace of mind IMO.
*EDIT* Halfords code for IS200 Calcium battery is HCB005 battery size is 6DA

yes its orginal battery car is 2000 (w reg)
its in for MOT 2morrow so will ask them to check it

mines a 2000 V plate and had to change mine a week ago due to the same symptoms? mind not bad for it being 7yrs old so it lasted quite well?

a bit of cold will kill a bad battery - get it changed

Check out your local toyota price for a battery, with discount around 50 notes.

check what type of battery toyota supply as OEM is only 45AH - aftermarket are about 60 -75AH

Yep - like I said: I'd reccommend the Halfrauds Calcium battery - you'll notice the difference.
