Hi,
I was thinking about lowering my Sport (99) by 40mm. The thing is i dont want to loose my ride comfort as this is one of the main things that i like about the car, is there any springs out there that will enable me to get the car lowered without loosing the ride comfort, also would it be a good idea to replace the shocks at the same time.
How much would i be looking at for the springs and the shocks, any names and prices will be greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance.....

the sport is already lower than the other is200's and i would think 40mm will be a bit harsh m8
if it was me i would go for a full kit shocks and springs at a min or if you have the cash a set of coil overs and a full set up

only the newer model sports were lower - the older original models are the same height as all the rest.
have a look at the eibach spring they are tried and tested by many IS200 owners with no complaints, if u lower any car there will be a slight loss in ride comfort but with the eibachs u are going down 30mm which is fine with a minimal loss in ride quality
