Sorry people I came in but the responses were very slow ( not from you ) and I gave up. Is this normal ....seemed to be a server / internet thing took up to 30 seconds to display what I typed ..... then stopped completely

Couldn't make it last night. I decided after my Weds night spent tapping away in chat and drinking wine, I should at least pretend to be healthy. I went and played badminton. My body is a temple.
