Hi everyone

I know all about wheel corrosion on the IS200/300 but I thought this had got better on the IS 250 with not seeing that many comments on here. I noticed on washing my car yesterday that two of the wheels are pitting already on a car that is just 3 months old. Anyone else had a problem on a car so new?

Still a problem on the second generation IS...get them chamged under warranty. My OEM's haven't corroded after two years, but no doubt only because they're stored in the garage

I have had mine for 14 months and there is no sign of any corrosion on the wheels.

The Camry that I had previously suffered from wheel corrosion and I wondered whether the wheel cleaning fluid that I used on it was too aggressive.

On the IS 250 I decided to avoid the use of wheel cleaning fluids and have just washed them regularly with car shampoo and used a good wheel brush to get rid of the difficult dirt.
