Hi folks!

Christmas bonus was a nice surprise so was thinking along the lines of a new intake.

SRT CLICKY

has anyone got one of these? i honestly think the ecu that comes with it is ott as the standard ecu must be able to cope with the extra air coming in.

now im thinking L-TUNED CLICKY but with the trd replacement filter!

any advise would be appreciated!

thanks

I don't think ANY UK member has fitted a SRT intake purely because there is doubt that the SRT ECU mod would work with UK GS300s.

However, I do know that there is a guy in France with a GS300 who fitted the SRT intake to his car without problems including the ECU and reported performance gains throughout the rev range.

You do really need adjustments to the air fuel ratio after fitting a big intake like this, as I noticed my performance low down is not that good as before, but once you kickdown it's much better though. I am considering the SRT intake if we can get confirmation from SRT that the ECU mod will work with UK spec cars.

The SRT intake has also had good feedback from GS owners on Clublexus in the USA.
