JAPFEST Saturday 17th May 08 at Castle Combe Circuit

Hi everyone, i trust everyone had a good christmas and new year, its now time to start on the show bookings. Japfest is open for bookings and is a popular event every year, so this needs to be booked as soon as possible.

Prices are £10.00 per adult, which includes a stand pass, and this is £5.00 off of the gate price and £3.00 off of the advance ticket price, so its a good saving. Children UNDER 14 are admitted FREE as long as they are with a paying adult ! I would prefer payment either via cheque or bank transfer. Also Please could you add 0.50p per booking to cover P&P.

quick question do we get to chose where abouts our pitch is or is it the usual case of they stick us where ever they can be bothered?

As with most of the shows, we dont get a choice where we have our pitch.

I had to have the application and money for this event sent to the organisors by the end of feb.

I can try phoning on monday to see if they will take late applications

I spoke to the organisors during the week,
and they have said they will try and get us overlooking gravel corner,so no mud

Tickets should be with me in approx 2 weeks

The more the better...at the moment it looks like 5 of us..the Scooby's normally outnumber us ten to one, this year it may be twenty to one.hmmm

I will be not surprised - I was Saturday on ISTS (knows as a Donny Show) and .... I found only one Lexus IS200 on car park and one IS300 (but it was somebody's from staff). Loots of Scooby's, loots of Skyline's and other crap joke loots of nice cars - I will put some photos on website soon.

Unfortunately its too late to get on the club stand now, you can still buy advance entry tickets from them direct.

Nice to meet everybody there.

Only six of us so not a massive turnout compared to the other clubs. It was good to see Dave's 'little Monster' again...still running well .
Some impressive kit in the other clubs, and I don't think I've seen so many Supra's and Skylines in one place before .

No rain , but no Mat drifting

I was there, saw your cars but not you guys it was very busy though.

Matt tried to get out but failed sound test, loads of people were having trouble one of the drift work guys had a crazy looking baffle out the back of his just to get on track LoL
