Any of you guys tried to get a response out of Lexus customer care, as I have tried for the last two weeks without success. Referance my issues 20k service oil brakes blah blah

I have been in touch with them over the XMAS and New Year period and have found them to be quite efficient - a little less so over the phone but then I do prefer to put things in writing. In the past I have dealt with Sam BETTS and Sam RAGAN.

They are usually very good in writing to acknowledge receipt of your 'concerns' and do reply substantively within a week or so after that. can only say correspondence has gone astray [in the post?] or they have a pile of it
