at what age can you be a second driver on a car like the IS250 S E L and also how soon after you pass your test can you drive the car. Would be grateful for your assistance in the matter please. Thank you

I would guess any age, but you need to ask your insurance company as each may have there own rules, the cost may be prohibitive though at a young age.
