Can anyone help me source an exhaust part for my 1992 LS400?

The exhaust is blowing near the manifold and I need the twin pipes from the cats to the centre box. Does anyone know where I can get one of these without going to a main agent?

Never heard of this being needed, are you sure it's not just gaskets needed?

Thanks ROYT. Our trusted mechanic has shown us the hole in this pipe and it's definitely blowing. He's tried to buy the part but is told it is main agents only and when we tried them they would only quote for the part fitted.
