I have owned my IS200 Sport for just a few months and have always had trouble starting. In the mornings it generally starts at the 4th or 5th attempt. I've tried 'with clutch in', not in gear, no throttle, small amount of throttle, pumping the throttle, buckelling seatbelt before trying - every possibility I can think of. and most mornings it's the same story. However, if I don't use the car for a week it starts first time ! - just like it should.
This is frustration and not good for the battery or starter motor. Anyone any ideas how to cure my annoying problem ?
