Hi Everyone,
My car is booked in for it's 50k service next monday. They are coming to collect it and leave me a IS250 all for £300 if nothing needs doing. Has anybody had experience with having their car serviced at tunbridge wells? If so what are they like? I am trying to haggle and get the 250 until tusday morning. The person I spoke to 'Kat' sounded a little doubtful but said she would get back to me.
I am waiting to hear back at the moment. Does anybody think I have a chance of getting it until Tuesday morning?

always had mine done there and found them to be good . only gripe i have is the fact they take car around back and into the toyota garage next door . still charge the lexus price though i always got discount due to age of car .

Hi All,
After speaking to Noel on Monday night (haven't been able to get online until now) I have the IS250 until lunchtime Tuesday. The agreement is that I have to pick my car up instead of them bringing it to me. But that is fair enough.
Just wait to see if I need anything on top of the service.

I forgot to ask.....
As I am a gold member - even though I am not sure if the Gold pic thing is under my avatar? Do I get any discounts from Lexus Tunbridge Wells?

How did you get on? I've always used Lexus Twells, and found Andrew Lynch (Service Manager) there very helpful.

I have been with Lexus TWells since the last 4yrs. Andrew(Service) was simply great, and the service was second to none. However the staffing structure has changed, the new service guy is Noel..hmmm I am not sure. He doesnt go that extra mile...and they are very expensive when it comes to servicing..challenge them and they will match it. However they dont accept the gold member discount card!
