I recently purchased a Bosch silver S4 (not asia silver  ) battery for my IS300 which is 60ah and fits fine, the old battery was a 65ah OE. I understand the toyota replacement battery is 65ah but looking through past threads one of the members has pasted some info stating that the IS300 should have a 70 ah battery....

What ah is your battery? I would appreciate some feedback from fellow IS300 members too. ;)

Many Thanks.

correct, an IS200 should be a 65ah battery

An IS300 should either be a 70ah or 80ah dependant on year and the code off the original battery

I have a 2002 IS300 and have owned it since it was two and a half years old and very much doubt that the battery was changed before my ownership. The battery I took out was a 65ah...

Chris, so what battery would you have on the shelf for a lexus IS300? What would the part number be and cost?

Many Thanks

Hi.

Thinking I might need to change battery on my car. Currently still has the original Nippon Denshi one, (2001 car).
Do the IS300 ones (70 or 80 Ah) fit the IS200 OK ?
