Hi, I am about to sell my 51 plate IS200 but it has the age old issue of corroded alloys, anyway, i have just had a Lexus repair carried out and gained a brand new wheel,(nothing major)
issue is i now have 2 new (utilising spare) and 3 corroded ones, (bought 1 recon one so i have a mixed bag!!) does anyone have any new ones they would sell at a realistic price or swap my 2 new ones with a set of decent / recon ones...??? basically want to bring the car up to scratch in the easiest way..any ideas?

To be fair a refurb of your current wheels should only cost about £50 per wheel, so if two are new, get the other two refurbished, and at £100 it'll look like you've got a brand new set of alloys on.

thanks, but refurbs dont come with the diamond cut finish, unless you can recommend somewhere, if so problem solved...

As an example, these guys do diamond cut and everything for quite a reasonable price, but if you're in Surrey might not be the most convenient............
BJV Engineering

I know Wicked Wheels do it too, but not sure if the diamond cut service is mobile, and they also cost a bit more.

These guys are in Kent, not sure on prices but might be more convenient for you:
Lepsons

The other option is I know dealers used to sell refurb alloys for quite reasonable cost, but since the new IS came along not sure if they still do this. They may be able to put you in touch with refurb companies in the area too.

Hope that helps a bit smile.gif

lepsons of Gillingham can do that.
