My car whistles at 38 mph to 40 mph, seems to be exacerbated by the cold weather. I had it in to Lexus service for 2 weeks and they were unble to diagnose? Has anyone had this problem?

Yes! Haven't checked the speed at which it starts/stops but definitely got a high pitched whistle. (only noticed it the other day 'cos I've had the tunes up way too loud up 'til then!:blush: )
No clue why, assumed it was coming through air vent or similar...

I know its not quite the first of april but have you checked the news to see if roger whittaker has been kidnapped by a group of Japanese car enthusiasts?
Ok, so its not funny but my car whistles as well. Mine is from the drivers window because there is a tiny piece of the window rubber missing. Must be worth having a nosey.

This is an easy fix.......
