Just bought IS300 and needed a couple of parts. Rear number plate was too small (4") as garage had changed it from private plate from new and you could see sticky marks and holes above it ! Also their name in big letters on bottom which I didn't like. Also the wheel nut caps that cover the locking wheel nuts 2 were missing.

As the car came from them originally and they are local I thought I'd give them a go.

They ordered me the correct 6" rear plate which arrived the next day and only cost about £8 with free sticky pads and screws (if needed which I didn't). They also gave me FOC a couple of the wheel nut caps as they only sell them as whole set with the wheel nuts themselves !

Top service, friendly people, nice showroom !

Couldn't agree more. Phoned this morning asking if I popped in, in half an hour, could they fit new wiper blades for me.

My IS200 came from Guildford and they looked after it for two years while I was working in the Guildford area.....top dealer, great service and they're still in contact with IS 250 info making me a little guilty for not buying my IS250 from them

Guildford is where I took my old 200 and now my 300 for servicing and they've helped me out with several other little problems now and again. I've moved jobs since i first went there and now they are a long way from being my nearest dealer - but I still use them and will keep doing so. Proper Lexus service.
