Can anyone tell me how to identify the year of manufacture of Dunlop D8z Tyres which are made in Japan?

I belive it says on the sidewall.

I am aware that the info is shown on the tirewall but not in any format familiar to me! I am hoping that somebody can explain how to interpret this info. The Dunlop website is no help.
