This problem is driving me mad. When using my mobile (BB 8350) with the RX's builtin bluetooth, I can hear people perfectly but the people I am calling complain of a loud buzzing noise (which I can't hear). So far my dealer (Lexus Bromley) have replaced the media unit and the amplifier - no joy.

Has anyone else suffered from this ? Is there a fix ?

I have tried three other mobiles all with the same result so I think that confirms that it is the car which has the problem.

My system works very clearly. Have you tried your dealer?

The Microphone could be faulty - or picking up interference from somewhere.
