does anybody or has anybody removed and installed a new carpet in there 200.do i need to remove or loosen the centre console and how do i do it.any other things that i need to know when attempting this are greatly received

Everything will have to come out, centre console, seats (front and back) seat belts.

is there a (special) way of getting the center console out without breaking clips and stuff like i usually can do
eg hidden screws

Yeah, theres two screws at the side by the seats. then some morein the box with the lid under the cloth, and maybe one below the rear ashtray when you pull the cup holder out.
