Went for my 4 year service at Lexus Bromley today. Car has done 25k but went to get the serivce done anyway. Got the just after 8am, got given a new RX400h( WHAT A CAR!!). I have to say i have been provided a 1st class service from them! Got a call from Chris the service manager at 1pm saying car was ready and just being cleaned. Picked it up and all is perfect. As i've only done 3k since my last service nothing was wrong, but got all the usual stuff changed under the 40k service. Even got my tyre valve caps changed as i didnt know they were shagged!

All i can say is i recommend them fully and want to give a big thankyou to Chris.

Car is going back next saturday to have the Illuminated Scuff plates changed under warrenty, they ran out of time today.

What was wrong with the Scuff plates btw ?

the driver side plate has stopped lighthing up. Before it was more dim compared to the other one, but now is completely gone
