does anyone know where the best place and preferably the cheapest to but tein coilovers or some of that quality and is there any tips on buying them

ps also what is the difference between the bacic damper kit and the super street damper kit

i looked at them but tdi seemed to have a better deal on them,i have no idea what to look for or which to pick

Gord used to have the EDFC (?) Teins so you got a controller inside the car to adjust the damping.
He would be a good person to ask as to what you need, and how well they work too.

Yep had superstreet with the edfc fitted, as Wozza has said the edfc adjusts the damping from inside the car. if you can get the pounds together, superstreet (ss) or Flex are the best one's to go for, the basic, well is just that really.

With the basic you just get height adjust and no damping, and dont forget to get the top mounts, tdi site saying £400 for basic then £120 for mounts + vat =£611 and then p&p.

cheers gord that clears that up for me,looks like the super street kit with upper mounts then.will i be sorted with all that,nothing else to buy.

Ps, Camskill are cheaper for everything, eg basic £447.50 inc vat, tdi £400+vat £470, top mounts camskill £133.99inc vat, tdi £120+vat £141 same for everything etc superstreet and flex kits.

dont gold members get a discount at tdi.if the super streets are £650 then with 10% discount they'll be £585 where as camskill are £725.
