Hi All,

Well -- Got the car from Lexus Cheltenham on the 13th Feb (IS220d Sport) and they had it back for the first time yesterday to get our a couple of paint scratches, look at the injector etc and fix a couple of other small issues related to programing car features that are dealer only.

Purchase - 5/5 - Sales were polite, honest about the car - what is can and cannot do and the fuel economy issues experiences by some and not pressure to close the deal.

Service 5/5 - No chrage for the bodywork - Mirror was scraped in a car park and some stone chips had been filled in by me with the stone chip paint that came with the car and I made a right hash of the job! They also went through the other work and completed it all ok. Car came back fully cleaned (inside and out) and the courtesy car was ready when I arrived at 08:15.

All in all so far so good.
