That was looking great until the guy adjusted the rear door latchplate with a hammer!! 
Even on my son's Corsa I slackened the screws slightly before giving it a slight tap and tightening them again. Hopefully Lexus have fully evaluated their somewhat brutal adjustment method and found it doesn't do any damage, but IMHO including it in the video gives the wrong impression.
