I just recived HID kit from HID DIRECT and.... it doesn't work. WHY??? I tried both bulbs with both ballast and nothing!!!! Any ideas why????

If you search, theres a lot of threads about this, the pins may be the wrong way round in the bulb connectors. or they may just be knackered.

just received mine and mine are ok. tad blue but still ok
have you used the extra power cable?
have you got the connector that normally goes into your origional bulbs the right way round ?? , i only ask this as i didnt have
turned em round the other way and there was light

It can be a little bit confusing fitting these HID kits, i got a massive wiring loom with mine that I never even needed, I spent aaaaggggesssss trying to figure out how it fits until i realised it was for high & low beam which isnt even required with the IS200, good luck!
It is sorted. Just changed plugs other way (sometimes "+" mean "-" ) ))
