There quite hard to come across and the only ones that seem to come up are second hand ones at the moment and thats if your lucky? But they do appear now and again and there are a lot of people looking for them so its a case of just keep searching i'm afraid

welcome buddy,you could always buy from tte they have 4 left all yours for 5500grand

But they include an exhaust manifold as well lol

and dont forget the upgraded ecu lol

I believe Pro-Lex do a bolt on kit for the IS200, don't know cost or dyno figures I'm afraid.
If & I do mean IF you find someone willing to sell a secondhand TTE kit,
these days you have to expect to pay upwards of £2,000 to £2,500 ????

Alternatively see TTE for a new one if you have plenty of cash
