Mate that treatment is shocking.
Obviously the price has gone up to cover the repairs to bring the paintwork up to standard as it is being sold as an "Aprroved Used Lexus"
Was the car originaly sold to you as Approved Used ?
I would suggest a report to Lexus GB, as your treatment has not only lost them a customer, but a customer for life by the sounds of it.
Something was clearly very badly amiss if what you say is 100% correct.

the facts i have put down are 100% and the car was sold as approved lexus and yes i am totally disgusted, just bought a mercedes and had exactly the opposite treatment

I thought they couldn't sell as approved if it had accident damage. Whatever you were sticked up and I guess they saw you coming.
Unfortunately dealers like these can put many people off the dealer and the brand for life. Maybe do a spellcheck on it (

) and send a link to Lexus GB.

i contacted lexus customer care who listened to what i told them and said they would speak to the centre manager, they wouldnt tell me when they would speak to him that was 4 weeks ago and i am still waiting for them to ring back. Consequently you are right it has put me off the brand, i bought a mercedes c class the dealer couldnt believe what i had gone through with the lexus, the mercedes dealer did everything that was expected they filled the car full of fuel and delivered it to my door at no cost to me they just did it, i have had a follow up call freom the saleman to check everything is all ok with the car and a girl from the dealership rang a few days ago to make sure i was happy and to ring her direct if i wanted any info help or to book for service, it is good to see not all dealers are the same but i had two dealings with lexus dealerships and to be honest both where shabby
