In the states you can buy the IS300 with a five speed manual gearbox.

i think the gear box you need is the R154 gearbox with the correct bell housing

Simplest option is the W58 gearbox from a non-turbo Mk4 Supra (assuming that it's going to be a standard IS300 engine).

No idea if it fits in the tunnel though.
