I've now decided to go for a TTE boot lip spoiler, but it's £152 at my local dealer, plus painting.
The small trunk lips on ebay, are they the same as the TTE one?

Not the same, but pretty similar - I doubt I'd notice the difference unless I looked really carefully.
Have you tried any UK dealers though? I got my TTE one from Lexus Teesside a few years ago for £45
