Full Version: Love These Wheels....

Rob's Lexx
I have for a long time loved the look of the Inovit Spin alloys and like the way they will suggest a larger wheel size due to the spokes running right to the edge of the rim.

I think i remember also seeing them on Chris (the don's) old black IS200.

Personally, i think they look the absolute nuts, but i'm just not sure if the black components of the wheels (sides of spokes, centre piece and inside wheel curve) will suit well with my white IS.

What do you guys think??

Would anyone be able to do a decent photoshop for me so that i can get some idea as to the final look?
Y2Kanjar
they will never suite a light coloured car tongue.gif you should tell him than y2k car would look better with them on.
Rob's Lexx
can getthem for a decent enough price, but depends if there gonna suit the car...

Rob's Lexx
hmm, nice.

needs to be done on my car though as tints and other styling kits alterthe overall look.

i'll post a pic of my car later on (side on view) and anyone good with photoshop can have a go at adding these wheels to it (would be much appreciated)

cheers

hey up matey. don't apologise for not liking them mate, wheels more than anything are a very personal thing.

u c, i like the wheels a lot, but have only seen them on dark cars and they look mint. i might see if i can find a local supplier so i can go and hold a rim up next to the car....probably the best way of doing it??
aztecbandit1
Ay up Rob not too sure on them matey think its the black inside edges like you said before? Probably look better in the flesh though biggrin.gif
LennyLexus
I think they actually suit it, a nice contrast.

Are these 19"s if these are a lot heavier, they will affect your performance wink.gif

That are specs of the wheel? Width? offset?

EDIT:

The web site

It says the product range is generally lightweight, but doesnt specify on the 'spin'. If they are genuine lightweights, it seems a complete bargin, unfortunately they arent wide enough for me to warrant an upgrade.

I think my next wheel upgrade will be 2 or 3 Piece OZ racing, 18/19 x 8J at the front, and 19 x 9/9.5J at rears

hey up gord. i totally agree with you about if the black was silver then they would be great, but that's gonna be an expensive job to get done?!?! if anyone can reccomend some similar style wheels with less black on, that'd be cool whistling.gif

I had them on my silver lexus but in 19inch

ay they're nice matey. the thing i like about the inovit spins is that they are 'different' in the way the spokes go right to the edge of the rim and i like the flat effect face they have on them?? but as u say, the black, i think, might not work cry.gif

don't know whether to jump up to 18's or keep the 17's - just based on the price for rubber at a later date??

these would also be ok if all in silver:

Well i think you would be looking at about £40 per wheel to get to silver biggrin.gif
