I am still very good friends with a Belgian guy I met in the RS owners club, from when I used to own an Escort Cosworth.

Anyway - he did a track day at Spa Francorchamps yesterday, so I went along with him (flew over saturday night, prepped the car all day sunday, then track day was yesterday [monday]).

So I'm there......Spa is an AWESOME track by the way, beautiful in every way.......and there's a near new 911 Turbo.

I think to myself "if you dont ask, you dont get"............ so I ask the guy if he can take me round the track in his car (got talking to him first though so i didn't seem too obvious!).

HE SAID YES!

Here's a pic of the car. Oh my goodness. Stunning. I'll be honest, I have been in quicker cars (it's 426bhp in a very heavy car) but oh my goodness......the sheer experience. It is the best car (considering value/speed etc) that I have been in, and am ever likely to go in. It trounces the 4 new bentley's I've driven ! (that's a whole other story though!)

They truly are amazing cars.

I'm jealous of anybody who's even allowed out in one [b](ME !!!!!!!!!!!)[/b] but as for owning one......well, what can i say !!!
