Well I actually ventured into the Lexus dealer in Derby today as I broke a yellow fastening that the sidelight clips into when changing a bulb.
Treated like Royalty! Coffee and biscuits served to my table whilst I waited for the parts guy to come and see me!
Parts located on computer and ordered, will be in Saturday.
I say parts as they were only 79p+vat so I went the whole hog and ordered 2! ( felt guilty after eating all the biscuits whistling.gif )
No ISF on show as they are apparently all sold but sat in the LS460, nearly bought it but didn't quite like the finger print someone had left on the rear os door handle whistling.gif

Hi Steve2006,

Must agree with you in my experience nothing to much trouble for Lexus Derby.

aswell as the coffee & bics always seem to have a golf mag to read.

I'd have to agree also. I've never yet taken one of the cups of coffee I've been offered blush.gif

Have to say I've never been tempted to look round the show room. With the budget I have, I'd far sooner not see what is newer/better/faster than what I have shutup.gif

I am in Benidorm, Spain and my nearest dealer is Alicante. I get the same treatment. Nothing is too much for them. Also I have bought a few things there and never found anything to be over the top pricewise. Last thing I bought was an O ring at €1.79 (about £1.35) and with that came the coffee and biscuits and a phone call to tell me the part was in the following day. Lexus Alicante obviously value their customers. Well done Lexus!
