Hi all, been looking through the forums and couldn't seem to find which oil is needed for my is200. The light has just come on and i am quite low in the engine, can anyone enlighten me in to which type is best

Lexus garages us castrol magntex.As long as you use a fully synthetic oil you will be o.k

Used Magnatec for years put it in all my turbo diesel 306's and now my Lex and it's always been spot on, my uncle uses it in his Subaru STI as well and swears by it. Did use something else once in my last 306 D Turbo but changed back after 2 months. If you need oil might aswell drop it all out and do the filter aswell for the sake of an extra tenner
