Hi Guys
Just a quick question?
I bought my is200 (twenty four days ago) but still no V5 has arrived in the post.
I did contact the seller yesterday (just to check he had sent it off) & he said he did it within 48hrs.
I do have the small green part & a full bill of sale for the car & trust the seller 100% - but if it has got lost in the system/post somewhere, does anyone know how easy it will be for me to get another one & how long should i leave it before i contact the DVLA + is there any cost involved even though it's not my fault.
I know it's only been 24 days & about 5 of them have been weekends & bank holidays, but in my past experience V5's normally arrive in 2-3 weeks max?????????????????

Thats a weight of my mind - thanks for that info chaps.
Like i say - the seller is genuine (Trades on Autotrader) & i even spoke to the lady that traded it in to him whilst i was thinking of buying it - so i know everything is in order.
Prehaps i should just be a little more patient in this world of want want want!

Normally 2-3 Weeks, after 30 days I think you can apply to DVLA to have another one sent out without charge otherwise if I remember rightly it was £15-20 for a new one after that.
