Right guys possibly silly question time...

I know anything is possible in theory but and its a big BUT, so here goes;

How feesable is it ot use superchargers of other cars, especialy as I see you can pick up Mini Cooper S ones very reasonable. So apart from the charger itself and a homemade bracket for it, Pipe work, intercooler and belt, what type of ECU would be possible for it.
Also anything else Ive missed shout up.

But as I said the big question is would it work on my IS200?
Any advice much appreciated

Cheers

For the ECU it all depends on the boost you get if it is no more than 0.3 as produced by the TTE kit, you might not need a remap and get away with just an FCD other wise you will need a new ECU and potentially injectors aswell

The Mini charger is an Eaton M45 and the TTE one is an Eaton M62 the Mini one os designed for engines 1.6-2.0L so it does work but its right at its limit (the M62 is 2.0-3.0L).

A lad local to me fitted one but took it off again cause it wasnt too good.
