Hi Peeps,
I have purchased a second hand Lexus from Motorpoint and notices on the drivers passenger side it has like little round indentations towards the bottom of the door. I have had the car in for a recall in the 5th injector and told them about the paint issue. They have replied saying that is has had a paint job done on it badly. How do I know if this is true or its from new? I have tried to locate the previous owner but it turned out to be a lease car from Sema Lease UK who then said that they leased it from Lexus Financial Servces.
Can anyone give any advice on how I can get this rectified,

On return or transfer of a lease contract car from LFS a full inspection is undertaken complete with report photographs etc.
To confirm the condition of the car at hand over I would try them first.
Presume the car has some warranty left therefore, that would give a better idea of status and condition.
