I was ringing Lexus Recall department today regarding the Genuine accessory rubber mats recall, so as the same times i asked them about the 5th injector recall, and yes they said its apply to my 56 plate 220d too, now does it make the mpg better at all? atm i get 37-39mpg with the car only done 2200 miles, so the engine may not be run in yet, its worth getting the injector change now? or wait? some advice from you pro will be grateful, thank all...

37-39 @2200miles seems OK to me.
with 5th injector it can only improve or stay the same. You'll see.

the consumption will be improving till app 10.000miles.
