Hi guys. Ref PhilWebster(June 5 2008) brake pipe recall & Lexs Birmingham brill service. Sorry mate just collected my recall from Lex Cambridge. Took 4 hours & drove home with 1) Tank filled (30ltrs) petrol. 2) Complete valet inside & out. 3) Box with white & red wine. 4) Paint touch-up kit (couple of paint chips noticed) 5) Complete set of alloys on order. I could only see one blemish but they saw problems with all four ( Best change all before warranty runs out. There words not mine). Can they be beaten????

That's why Lexus continue to win customer service awards and the like. They seem to go that extra mile to please the customer. You have done well there mate.

Already posted similar with the fuel line recall I put to Lexus Cheltenham, who have only been open since October 2007..beat Cambridge on petrol...40 litres, plus 2008 IS250 courtesy car for the day, complete valet inside and out (I checked out the car wash guy before he did it ), bottle French champagne.

No touch-up kit though (mine's already done) and no alloys on order as I had my non OEM's on . Think based on that level of service I may be transferring my business from Lexus Bristol to Cheltenham...it's also nearer to me.
