I am very dissapointed with a Lexus dealer in the Midlands. They quoted £260 for the 10k miles service. I contacted Lexus in Brussels (centre of Lexus in Europe). They told me that the first service include change of the engine oil only!!!! Some typical checks are also reasonable, but the total cost does not come at £250.

What is your experience with 10k service?

Prices vary at different dealerships. Best thing to do is to compare the prices with 2-3 local dealers. Did you have anything additional done to the 10k service, eg: new brakes?, this might have bumped up the price.

it is a brand new car... breaks, injectors, etc are fine. I have not booked my service yet, but two dealers gave similar price. they are ripping me off...

It is impossible to ask £250 for 5litres of engine oil. Dealers exploit the ignorance of some car owners.
