Castrol Magnatec 10W-40 4.1 / 4.2Ltrs
I've just done mine, i use Castrol GTX Magnatec 10w-40. I've used GTX Magnatec in all the cars i've had and i can't fault it.

fully i think it said in the manual
5w30 ran fine in my car pre supercharger. Was a little tappety but was smooth and got better mpg...not much mind. Think the handbook recommends 5w30 for all weather conditions to.
