Hi All,

I have been told that overtightening the wheels nuts can lead to warped disks. Can anyone tell me what are the correct torque settings for a GS 300 MK II Model with 18 inch Sport Alloys??

Many Thanks
TigerFish
It is 103 Nm (76 ft lbs) for the MK1 GS. I would expect the MK2 to be the same or very similar.

need to tighten them in the correct order as well
allways moving to the opposite side that you have just tightened

As Bazza says, tighten as per my pic below

Thanks to all.

One more question.

I'm fitting new disks and pads tomorrow and wondered if you knew what the torque wrench settings were for the bolts on the front caliper?

Thanks
TigerFish
Slide pin bolt torque is 34 Nm (25 ft lbs)
Caliper mount to hub bolts are 118 Nm (87 ft lbs)
