My boyfriend is trying to fix his mums Lexus is250, but can't find the pollen filter. Anyone have any idea where we could find it??

The filters are behind the glovebox in the IS200 so there's a good chance it's in the same place in the 250 as well........although I could be horribly wrong

It's behind the glovebox on the 250 as well ...see Section 4-3 of this users manual in the DIY maintenance section http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...showtopic=25999
Or tell him to read his Mum's IS250 manual...it's probably in the glovebox.

Couldn't resist it
but he really needs to read one or the other as it's not straightforward. The air conditioning system needs to be set to recirculated mode, as the A/C filter case cannot be removed with the system in outside air mode.....and the engine switch has to be off for obvious reasons.
