I have a IS 220D with numerous rattles, some of it has been fixed.

It has been to Lexus five times. The vibrating rear view mirror and the cracking noise from the centre of the dash has been sorted. Has had two ECU upgrades, now returns around 480 miles, mainly around town. But there is a rattle from the rear parcel shelf area, deep vibrations from the driver side air vent (attempted to fix three times) and head rest rattles (previously fixed but has returned). Has anyone had these completely sorted?

There are also a few other rattles when driving over rough surfaces but can't locate it.
