Just got my car back from the dyno, i dont know much about dynos at all but it came back saying max power 85kw :| this is a stock 2003 car, i know you loose a bit of power over time and this one has a dodgy looking exhaust on it but was not expecting 85 when i thought they had 114 new :|

im not all knowledgeable about dynos but thats 113.99bhp (my old peugeot had 120bhp at the wheels)i know you loose a bit between the flywheel and the hubs but that does seem low,but i may be wrong
Rob
the 153hp figure is at the flywheel and yours is at the wheels so there will be a difference but i would expect a bit more than 113hp TBH.

did they do the run in 5th gear???
JTMILLER
to be honest i have no idea, wasnt allowed anywhere near while they did it and they wernt very forthcoming with the info just handed me the sheet made me pay and said goodbye,

although while i was waiting one of the car magazines had a lovely is200 with a 2jz-gte in it :P made me very jealous haha
Rob
ok ask them what gear it was done in, if it wasnt in 5th then it need to be done again. if you call them see what they say but i wouldnt say it must be done in 5th before they give their answer.
JTMILLER
aright cheers, ill give them a ring tomorrow when they open :P
what kinda difference would you get between 5th and 6th?
