Found this on Club Lexus.....the clue is in the final pic www.itsnotpainted.com . It's an all over flat black vinyl wrap and allegedly the car underneath is white .

they have the same system on most of the taxis in germany - the off while plae yellow is just a film - when its time to sell the car they just peel it off and the paint is like new.

Interesting, that must take some application?

Even in these low res pics you can see areas where the wrap has ripples in it...look on the boot just above the left side rear light cluster
