Any benefit to higher mileage cars from spraying the bush/linkage areas of modern suspensions with nylon/rubber lube?

I remember years ago an uncle doing this to ensure squeek and clunk-free movement.

Dunno, but I've thought about it as well. Anyone tried it? I don't mind doing it say once a month, so not looking for a really long term solution....

I'd be interested about this too. In th ehot weather my car can creak like the rigging on an old ship!
Prolly needs replacing (after just 70,000 miles!) but a quick fix would be nice for now.
