Hello all, anyone know of a good machanic possibly ex lexus in london/ heathrow / surrey area?

i have an 03 rx300 without full service history already, so i cant see the point of paying £600 for a service. But obviously i need somone who knows what they are doing .

Failing the ex lexus route, anyone know of a decent garage that can deal with service and breaks etc

also what type of break pads and discs do lexus use?

I use them on my RX300, very trustworthy and a high standard of work. See my other posts.

I use a toyota garage - they usually work out about £200-300 cheaper than lexus.

Personally I get stuff like brake pads/discs from ebay and fit them myself (following the service manual I downloaded).

where did you download the service manual from mate?
